Why is that? In Adsense works with the system of PPC - Pay Per Click, This means you get money from AdSense just if the user click on the ads in your website, Adsense also have ads which pay per 1000 views of the ad but usually small amout - few cents.
In AdBrite it has several systems which doesn't exists in AdSense, First it has the PPC system as in AdSense, but it has also the CPM system - Cost Per per thousand impressions, This means that for every 1000 users which access your website you would get money it doesn't matter if the user click or didn't click on the Ad, This system works only for Banner Ads.
Beside that AdBrite also has Full Page Ads which is display full page ade when moving between one page to another in the web site, In my opinion this system is a bit annoying and I don't recommend using it, AdBrite also pay using the CPM system for the full page ads.
AdBrite has also Contextual Ads, this means that if it find intreseting word inside your page it would link the word to an Ad, Once the user would click the Ad you would earn more money.
