After register you can start to create your ads,
Click adsense for content, now you can choose the size and the type of your ads,
My recommendation is to user Text+Image ads, don't change it to Image only ads beacuse it would probably decrease your profits.
Click continue
Choose the size of your ads, It would be find to start with 728x90 ads which is a big wide ad, make sure that the background color is the same as your web site background color.
The text color should have an atractive colors which would get the viewer attention.
Now add it to your website, and then click "Send and get Code" this would give you an HTML code which you would need to put in your website.
Got to your website open it with HTML editor and then paste this code in right place, It would take several minutes untill the ad would start working.
